Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return’s value. Once we receive the item, we’ll send you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
